- Advice and support for our customers and interested parties by telephone, email and live chat in German and French.
- Recreation of errors reported by customers
- Capture of tickets in English (as interface between customer and development department) and documentation of customer feedback
- Cultivated appearance and a positive charismaEnter contributions for our Helpcenter (text, videos, photos, etc.)

- Completed technical, commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in the field of customer service or call centers
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contactInterest in technology/software development
